Извиняюсь что еще 1 такая же тема....
Вообщем не могу опубликовать сайт - всё что написано на форуме прочитал....Версия 9.2, таймаут соединения увеличивал, Wininet и winsock менял...

Если вы используете роутер, то попробуйте подключить интернет кабель напрямую к компьютеру для начала, чтобы исключить одну из причин и не ломать голову впустую.

Про публикацию в паку, а потом копирование из неё на сервер советовать не буду, ибо думаю, что вам это и так известно.
